You will need to do a couple other things to get this map working properly. Note: This is just a primer and tells you how to start and save a map.
Next, go to File / Export Package to have it show up in your in-game map list. using the object placement tool, place a map entry point for each player (assign one to each player) Make sure each entry point is in its same player's starting point territory. You will then see colored sectors that were created) (this calculates sectors based on your map points. Then click on the "ter" toolbar button and look on the right to choose calculate voronoi button. Use the object placement tool to place several territory points, fuel points, etc. Assign each starting point to a player (note: it defaults to world, so change it) Use the object placement tool (toolbar button) to place a starting point for each player. Choose the map size and playable area within that map size. Create a multiplayer map (toolbar button) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Company of Heroes 2\WorldBuilder_CoH_2.exe
